Allana Ferguson bio
Allana began her career with Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Following multiple knee injuries over many years, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana was the first woman to make her debut in rugby league against Queensland in New South Wales. Allana also has radio in her resume, making frequent appearances on 2GB's highest-rated Continuous Call Team. Allana has a full teaching qualification outside of sports. Allana Ferguson holds the rare privilege of being a representative of Australia in three sports, rugby sevens, rugby league and touch. Allana Ferguson, the Jillaroos' top player in rugby is forced to end her league career due to tearing her ACL four times. Ferguson tore the ACL four times, at ages 15, 17, and 20. When she was injured the fourth time, suffered the injury, her playing life was done. Ferguson, the JILLAROOS' playmaker, was forced to resign in the midst of training due to a fourth left ACL injury. Ferguson had an injury to her ACL last November while in training. This week Ferguson confirmed the news by speaking to The Courier Mail.
